1.1 By purchasing from this site, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. It is illegal in New Zealand to supply alcohol to anyone under 18 years of age.

2. Prices & Orders

2.1 All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST.
2.2 Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices at the time of purchase are final.
2.3 We are not obligated to verify the authority of any person placing an order on behalf of another.
2.4 Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Payment

3.1 Payment must be made in full before an order is dispatched.
3.2 We accept major credit and debit cards through a secure third-party payment processor.
3.3 We do not store your credit card information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 We ship within New Zealand only. Orders are sent to the address provided at checkout.
4.2 Delivery is typically made within 3–5 business days. Rural addresses may take longer.
4.3 Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon delivery.
4.4 We do not currently offer international shipping. However, you can buy our wine at Wine Collective Direct.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 business days.
5.2 Refunds are issued at our discretion. We do not refund for change of mind. Return shipping costs may apply.
5.3 If your order is damaged or faulty, we will replace the product or issue a refund in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

6. Consumer Guarantees & Warranties

6.1 If goods are acquired for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply.
6.2 Our liability is limited to replacement or refund of the product.
6.3 We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss.
6.4 Any warranties must be confirmed in writing by us.

7. Liability

7.1 We do our best to provide accurate content on our website, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or up to date.
7.2 We are not liable for loss or damage resulting from the use of our site or third-party links.
7.3 Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the goods purchased.

8.1 All intellectual property related to our products, branding, and website belongs solely to Jasper Ridge Estate.

9. Force Majeure

9.1 We are not liable for any delay or failure due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transport disruption, or supplier issues.
9.2 If a Force Majeure event continues for more than 180 days, either party may cancel the agreement with written notice.

10.2 Your personal information is collected to process orders and improve your experience.
10.3 We use secure systems and do not share your data with third parties except where required to fulfillfulfilyour order.
