Jasper Ridge at the Waiheke Wine Centre this July
We are thrilled to announce that Jasper Ridge has been selected as the Winery of the Month at the Waiheke Wine Centre for July 2024!
Join us in-store on 5 July 2024 for the official launch of our much-anticipated ‘24 Rosé. Come along, have a taste, and celebrate with us!
Throughout the entire month of July, enjoy big discounts on all our wines, both in-store and online via the Waiheke Wine Centre website. This is the perfect opportunity to stock up on your favorite Jasper Ridge vintages.
We are also excited to offer complimentary wine tastings every Friday between 4 pm - 6 pm throughout July.
It’s a fantastic chance to sample all four of our JR vintages and discover your new favourite. If you’ve already tried the reds, you can see how they have developed since your last try, with the ‘22 wines getting rave reviews now they are starting to get a little older and refined.
JR '24 Rosé
A vibrant pink rosé crafted from hand-picked Waiheke Island grapes. This wine features prominent red fruit aromas, with crisp, juicy summer strawberry flavours and a refreshing dry finish.
JR '23 Single Vineyard Syrah
A single vineyard Syrah with a striking crimson hue. The wine offers rich dark fruit notes of plum and black cherry, embodying a lighter, Northern Rhône style. A delicate black pepper spice adds a subtle kick of complexity to the palate.
JR Limited Edition '22 Single Vineyard Syrah
A single vineyard Syrah with a deep crimson hue. The dark fruit and candy aromas, along with plum and black cherry notes, provide a fruit-forward richness. An undercurrent of vanilla and delicate black pepper spice adds a subtle kick of complexity on the palate. Only 200 bottles released for 2024.
JR Limited Edition '22 Guest Winemaker Syrah
Created by guest winemaker Guy Young, this Syrah offers a distinct expression compared to our single vineyard style. Black pepper spice is supported by dark fruits and rich tannins, crafting a wine that sings on the palate with a persistent finish. Only 200 bottles released for 2024.
